Try a fish curry recipe created by Alci Rame, our chief cook:Ingredients: - 1 kg fish, fillet or whole - 1 lemon - 2 cloves garlic - 2 cloves red onions (shallots) grind ingredients - 5 cm turmeric - 2 candlenuts - 3 chili - 1 lemon grass - 1 lemon leaf - 1 teaspoon coriander - 1 teaspoon cumin - salt, monosodium glutamat - chili, seeded and sliced - spring onion leaves, cut and sliced in 5 cm length and sauted - 1 1/2 coconuts grate and process into thick coconut milk - coconut or cooking oil to fry Wash and slice fish, dry the fillets with paper, put lemon juice and salt. Mix and grind ingredients in the second rubrique into a spice paste. Heat coconut oil and fry spice paste as well as ingredients in the third rubrique for three minutes while stirring. Add coconut milk and stir. Add fish, simmer until cooked, and don't stir any longer. Decorate with sliced and sauted spring onion leaves, cut into 5 cm pieces. ENJOY! |
